Celebrity Chef Michael Mina and winemakers David Long, David Arthur Vineyards and Dan Kosta, Kosta Browne, gather for an intimate evening of
exceptional cuisine and wines in the Sunset Room at Montage Kapalua Bay.

Chef Mina will prepare a menu highlighting his balanced approach to
cuisine – focusing on the four basic elements – spice, sweetness, acidity and richness – to pair with Napa’s exclusive David Arthur Wines and Sonoma’s lauded Kosta Browne wines.

This dinner celebration will feature rare and special limited production bottlings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Rose’ and Pinot Gris.
