Your wines will be experienced and enjoyed by some of the most passionate wine lovers in the world and be assured that they will be handled, served, and showcased in the finest manner. Although it is not necessary to personally attend, we do offer you the opportunity to discuss your wines directly with our guests by pouring at our evening function. To maximize and enhance participation for wineries, we are happy to announce a tiered participation level for those planning on participating in the event. Two levels available: General or Featured. Please choose your option.
We kindly ask for your commitment by our registration deadline of April 4, 2025.

1. GENERAL WINERY PARTICIPATION:
• Your wines will be showcased at our signature event – The Grand Tasting Gala – IN A COMMUNITY-BASED FORMAT (shared tables/stations).
• You will share stations with other participating wineries and be located in this tent for the duration of the event to oversee the wine presentation, service and assist with guests’ questions.
WINE DONATION:
THE GRAND TASTING GALA: MINIMUM OF TWO WINES PER WINERY (6 bottles per each wine – donated); You may however send up to four different wines (6 bottles each) as you wish to show at the Grand Tasting Gala this year.
FEE: No fee for General Participation
2. FEATURED WINERY PARTICIPATION:
(Upgrade; Limited availability)
• Your wines will be showcased at our signature event – The Grand Tasting Gala – AT AN INDIVIDUAL BRANDED STATION.
• Your winery will have one identifying signage at your station featuring the name of your winery.
• You will be allowed to bring additional collateral, signage or décor to enhance your station at each event.
• You are required to be stationed in this tent for the duration of the event to oversee the wine presentation, service and assist with guests’ questions.
• You will receive enhanced marketing support and promotion
WINE DONATION:
• THE GRAND TASTING GALA: MINIMUM OF FOUR WINES PER WINERY (6 bottles per each wine – donated); You may however send up to six different wines (6 bottles each) as you wish to show at your individual station at the Grand Tasting Gala this year.
• WELCOME RECEPTION and SILENT AUCTION: SIGNATURE SELECTION WINE (minimum of 3 bottles – donated)
FEE: $1,250 (dedicated station, limited space available, first come basis).
