Kapalua Wine & Food Festival is proud to announce Chef Stephen Stryjewski, one of New Orleans hottest chefs, will be one of the headliner celebrity chefs for the 2019 event.
An multi-award winner, including winner of the 2011 James Beard Foundation “Best Chef South,” Chef Stryjewski is Chef/Partner of New Orleans’ award winning restaurants Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Pêche Seafood Grill, Calcasieu a private event facility and La Boulangerie a neighborhood bakery and café. Chef Stryjewski has been hailed as “Best New Chef” by New Orleans Magazine and as a “Chef to Watch” by The Times-Picayune. His restaurants have consistently been listed as a Top Ten New Orleans Restaurant and was recently named one of the 20 most important restaurants in America by Bon Appétit.
Chef Stryjewski will bring his signature “New Orleans” style to Kapalua and will wow the guests with a four course tasting menu.
