Headliners for this year’s Celebrity Chef Cooking Demonstrations and Multi-Course luncheon will feature popular TV Chefs Rick Moonen and Maneet Chauhan.
Chef Moonen has been on the forefront of the national culinary scene for many years and is widely known as an early adopter of sustainable fishing practices and the “Godfather of Sustainability”. Widely lauded for his knowledge of Fish and Seafood, Chef Moonen will feature dishes that pay homage to ocean and sustainable practices of the islands.
Making a return appearance at the Festival, Chef Chauhan will once again showcase her unique Indian Fusion cuisine mixed with a splash of whimsy and possibly some Bollywood dance moves! Guests raved about Maneet’s 2024 participation and we are all too happy to oblige the numerous requests for a return engagement.
Each event will showcase the Chef’s culinary prowess as they demonstrate cooking techniques for four dishes which guests can sample alongside premium wine pairings.
