Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, Executive Sous Chef, Meredith Manee, served as Chef de Cuisine at California’s iconic Hotel del Coronado and held several notable culinary positions within Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. With a classically trained background focused in fine dining, Manee brings nearly 20 years of experience in the industry to provide guests with the finest seasonal and local flavors. Manee’s passion for cooking was sparked at a young age when she spent time in the kitchen learning her family’s traditional Italian culinary roots. Honing her skills as a up and coming chef, she added flavors from around the world and blended them in unexpected ways with seasonal ingredients from local farmers. Her garden-to-table viewpoint shines on the plate and the palate. When Manee is not cooking she enjoys reading culinary articles, painting and the outdoors.
