Christopher Damskey is the resort Executive Chef of Montage Kapalua Bay. Chris will be responsible for the culinary footprint of the hotel including oversight of all restaurant outlets, banquets, in-residence dining and setting the stage for expansion of pop-up culinary events. Chris has been cooking professionally since 1994 and has trained with some of the country’s great chefs including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Charlie Trotter, Marcus Samuelsson and Alan Wong. Chris holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and was most recently Chef de Cuisine of ULU Ocean Grill and Sushi Lounge at the Four Seasons Hualalai, where he led the restaurant’s daily production, training and culinary direction.
