Brandon attended culinary school in Rhode Island at Johnson & Whales Culinary Academy. After graduation, Brandon continued his career in Chicago with Rosebud Italian Restaurants, Harry Carey’s Steak House, and Mike Ditka’s Steak House. Brandon left Chicago for Maui in 2014 where he worked at Monkeypod Kitchen in Wailea for 4 years before entering his current position as Executive Chef of Monkeypod Kitchen – Ka’anapali.
